SF-OS096HX-12864W-01是一款128x64分辨率COG图形OLED显示模块,对角线尺寸0.96英寸。该型号设计为消费级,具有价格竞争优势。模块内置SSD1306 IC;它支持6800、8080、I2C和4线SPI串行接口。逻辑电源电压为3V,显示电源电压为7.5V,显示50%检查板电流为6mA @ 7.5Vcc(典型值),驱动占空比1/64。

These are 8-bit bi-directional data bus to be connected to microprocessor’s Data bus.

When I2C mode is selected, D2, D1 should be tied together and serve as SDA and D0 is the serial clock input, SCL.
26IREFICurrent reference for brightness adjustment.
This is segment output current reference pin. A resistor should be connected between this pin and VSS .Set the current at 12.5 uA maximum.
27VCOMHOCOM signal deselected voltage level.
A capacitor should be connected between this pin and VSS.
28VCCPPower supply for OLED driving voltage. A capacitor should be connected between this pin and VSS, when charge pump is used.
It must be connected to external source when charge pump is not used.
